Kill Bill Diary : The Making of a Tarantino Classic as Seen Through the Eyes of a Screen Legend by David Carradine

What an intresting read this was. It gives you an inside look at what it is like to make a Tarantino film. I was surprised that Warren Beatty was orginally going to play Bill.  Loved it when Tarantino told Beatty to be more like David Carradine and he told him to just get carradie to do the role. You can see as you read that Tarantino knows what he wants and the actors give him what he wants.  There are some nice color photos threw out the book as well as some black and white photos. One of the flutes used was one from the Silent Flute Better know as Circle of Iron Which is a fantastic Film. He also talked about some of the other films he had worked on over the years. Kung Fu with Brandon lee. As well as Kung Fu the legend continues. If you are a fan of Tarantino or David Carradine I suggest you read this book. They actually used some of his stuff from his house as set pices. I wish I could get my hands on the other books he wrote but they are now out of print. It is hard to believe that it took over three years to make Kill Bill. I better not say much else. All I can say is get your hands on Kill Bill Diary : The Making of a Tarantino Classic as Seen Through the Eyes of a Screen Legend. While you can. Hurry, go now!
